With all sincerity:Don’t go to Logan with a problem, find someone else. He’s has no Customer Service skills. My neighbor told me that & I learned the hard way yesterday. He won’t help you & when you express yourself, he’ll threaten to call security. Come to find out, I’m not the only one. Antiqua has been great, but he needs to be in a call center & replaced with a human

From Christy to Logan, David, and Nic, culminating with Josie Skinner, every concern in my apartment was handled promptly. I even received a phone call from the maintenance department to ensure that my cat, Princess Buttercup, was securely locked away before they entered to perform said requests!!! What a TEAM!!!! Thank you.

The young man installed the washer & dryer and left
the room very neat & tidy and the washer
& Dryer look beautiful and work like a jewel.
He even left some samples of what I might use.
On a rating of 1-10, I give the young man 100.
